Beaufort Pizza & Pasta House in Vancouver Island

We ordered pizza and zucchini sticks from this establishment. When the food arrived the pizza driver said to us it is the best in town? You mean the most "burnt" in town! Open box and the pizza was black. The zucchini sticks as well were dark brown over down. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone. Who expects high pizza quality

Our family always loved how Beaufort is a local mom and pop shop, and uses quality ingredients. I urge them to stay real, stay Beaufort and bring back the real bacon instead of this fatty crumble. Please?

Ordered pizza said they would come to lantzville and then called back and cancelled the order an hour and a half later because it’s too far away don’t order from here

Don’t do it. 2 1/2 hours to arrive cold. Missing toppings, dips - but charged for them, missing 2L pop, and even if it was fresh, pizza would still be worst I’ve had in .... possibly ever. It’s open late, but kd would be better. Just don’t.

I order from them often the quality is great.. the service is great.. and they have a lot to offer. You have to keep in mind this is a small business and there doing there best to keep up with the massive demand. Theres some reviews on here that are pretty harsh about the late late night availability. cheers guys keep up the good work.

NEW OWNERS RUINED PIZZA A shame the new owners decided to cut toppings , change the dough, not use enough cheese to at least cover the toppings . Wasn't even sauce on the while pizza . Honestly one of the worst pizzas I've ever had . Used to be quite good for decades . Not the same pizza other than the name .

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had the lasagna was straight marinara sauce no spices and I swear it was yesterday‘s pizza thrown in the microwave I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never again phone for pizza from them again

Pizza crust is fluffy and light, toppings generous. A real gem for communication; from the phone call to delivery, these people are a pleasure to make dinner arrangements with. Always a good deal happening, always arrives in reasonable time. Excellent local Nanaimo business!

The guy that took the call was absolutely rude. Gave me no info on the pizza and told me it will arrive when it does. I worked for Beaufort pizza 20 years ago and decided to order some since I live out of province and thought it would be nice to have some again. Very disappointed. And the price 35 bucks for a med pizza. Really.

Just ordered two pizza in the busy time but sadly didnt receive the pizza we ordered. Rang up to explain and they sent out replacements straight away. Sitting here eating the pizza now writing this review. Great food with amazing customer service

Best pizza anywhere. BBQ Chicken pizza is my favorite.

And also to put something on dougs comments they said they would come back with 2 pastas and then brought back $4.5 btw not the 8.5 they took and btw customers are not always right

Wow! The chicken pakoras were delicious and actually HOT! Pizza was delicious and the toppings were bountiful. First time ordering from Beaufort and definitely not the last! Our delivery arrived sooner then expected.Thank you Beauford. We are officially fans.

Tried ordering through phone half hour to closing and watched them ignore my call 👎lazy employees, who's not willing to do their job up until proper closing.

Ordered 2 pizzas almost 2 hours ago, just called and after they told me it would be an hour and thirty minutes they just told me it would be another half an hour. Least they could have done is knock $5 off or something. All I can say is it better be some good pizza when it finally gets here!!!!! Won’t order from here again!!!

Walked in there once, everything was unnecessarily overpriced. Cant say anything about the food, because I couldn't, and still can't afford a pizza worth a small fortune! Everything on the menu looks super tasty though... Wish they had one that was affordable.. Might as well get Little Caesars, up the street.

Beaufort used to be pretty good but what I just ate, wasn’t what they used to be. The chicken wings were coated in grease and tasted like rubber. The poutine was covered in so much gravy that the fries were suuuper soggy and the gravy also had way too much salt. Disappointed Father.

It took more than three times as long as what I was told in order to get my food. I called for an update and got nothing but attitude and was made to feel like I should be thankful that it would just eventually be there. The food isn't terrible, but the customer service sure is. The best part is, when I was on the phone with them I could hear them sh*t talking other customers in the background. Ordering food from here is clearly an inconvenience, so I will inconvenience them no longer. There are much better places out there with much better customer service. After hearing their bad attitudes, I don't even really trust it to eat the food there, to be honest. My advice, it's a good place to eat if you are dying of starvation and have no other options, but if all possible go elsewhere unless you'd like mediocre at best quality food served by people with poor attitudes. This is one place that I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars because I would

To back up Mathews comment, took 2 and half hours for cold, frozen like pizza, forgotten toppings and other items. Never ever again will I order from this place. Very disappointing when you are ordering late from one of the only places open, should of went with Dominos.

It’s the second time, I got a burned pizza. The pizza was hard, cheese mostly blackish instead of brownish. I loved the taste of their tandoori chicken pizza when the very first time I tried their pizza. It was all good. Then for second time in a row I got a pizza which was overcooked.

The most embarrassing place to consider a pizza place in Nanaimo.

Have been ordering here for years. Use to be the best pizza in town. Something changed recently! new owners? or management? Pizza toppings are sickle now. Got chilli shaker instead of jalapenos! Crust is different. Sauce is the same.Toppings are nothing like the picture or past experiences. Times quoted are most deffinatly not 30 min. Try 2 hours. Overpriced for what you get now they should adjust their prices lower.

Order was correct. Delivery time was accurate. Staff were good. Pizza is decent. Not great but decent.

Pizza and zucchini sticks were burnt. We complained and they sent a new order but the delivery driver was snappy and rude. Not great pizza for the amount it costed. Won’t be ordering there again.

New owners... definitely not the same Beaufort pizza we are all used to.

Really good pizza. Beats all the chain places for sure. A little expensive, but not too bad. Delivery time quite slow. One hour and ten minutes. But the pizza made up for the wait time. I'll order from them again.

Ordered pick up , pizza was good and not greasy and toppings were fresh , employees were quick and helpful.

These guys just gave us a burnt pizza and then they also messed up and said they would give us 2 large pasta and then gave us 2 small pastas yet charged us for 2 large and yet the guy on the phone the guy btw is the chef said customers are not always right

Got the chicken wings and tortellini, worst ive ever had.

Great staff and pizza everytime.. Awesome lasagna and spaghetti.. Garlic toast is definitely worth it so are the salads

Best Pizza in Nanaimo. Ask for lots of sauce, you won't be disappointed.

One of the best pizza joints in Nanaimo and I have some amazing specials especially for pickup. The staff are always efficient and fast.

Ordered food and waited over an hour. Then I called and asked where my order was and they said there was no order made. The food finally came after I called twice and on a scale of 1-10 I give the food and experience a 1 food was so gross I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. :(

Food was great. Had the poutine, ribbets and 2 pizzas. Pizza had lots of toppings and wasn't greasy. Poutine was awesome and ribbets were fresh and full of flavour. We will be going back.

They make good pizza and deliver till 4 am on weekends. This a good example of reasonable pizza place hours.

I have ordered here many times and had a great experience but today’s experience merits 0/5 stars. One employee was very rude over the phone when placing order and hung up while we were asking for a total. Arrived 30 after placing order (when they said it would be ready) still there for 5 mins before a lovely driver came in and took our payment. The in-house employees had yet to start the food and were answering phone calls while prepping food. Seemed to be no rush until I told them I was leaving.. Super disappointed about this visit and will think twice about coming back

We ordered from them tonight and asked for it to be delivered in 45 minutes which is reasonable. they said that it would be delivered just over the time which was fine but 20 minutes after it and when we called we got attitude about the delivery and that they had left at the agreed time of delivery. So after that i do not believe that they deserve 1 star even. customer service should be number 1 in the restaurant business coming from someone who works at a restaurant .
